Compensation Consultants, Inc. is an independent service organization that specializes in individually designed qualified retirement plans.
Established in 1977 in Seattle, Washington, our quality retirement planning services are now provided to more than 450 clients nationwide, with an emphasis in the Pacific Northwest. Our clients range in size from sole proprietors to major corporations with over 3,000 employees.
One of our key commitments to quality is our accessibility. All methods of current communication are used; however, in most cases we personally deliver your annual report. We will review your goals and discuss any upcoming legislative changes that may affect your retirement plan.
Our company is comprised of two account managers and a fourteen-member office support staff. Our account managers are members of multiple professional organizations, each year fulfilling continuing education requirements and keeping up-to-date on new trends and laws.
