President
Marty is President of Compensation Consultants, Inc., joining the firm in 1986. Marty brings a wealth of experience to retirement planning. Having owned his own businesses for many years, Marty understands the perspective of balancing an owner’s needs while still providing a benefit to employees.
Marty has served as President of the Port Orchard Rotary Club and is active in several other community organizations as well. Marty has two college-aged daughters.
Vice President
Brian joined Compensation Consultants, Inc. in 1998 allowing our founder, Ed Boothby, the luxury of retiring. Brian brings a diverse background of experience to our firm. From managing the production of Washington State's voters pamphlets and certifying initiatives and referenda for the ballot, to serving as Chief Deputy Auditor for Kitsap County, Brian has the ability to make the complex understandable.
Brian is active in coaching youth sports and various other community activities. Brian has two school-aged children.
